LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR We would like to introduce our services for adult and youth counseling and dependency treatment center at La Esperanza Health Counseling Services, in Lynnwood and would appreciate your consideration in referring patients to our new facility in North Seattle. La Esperanza in Spanish means “Hope” we are bilingual, English and Spanish treatment facility and a non-profit organization. Our mission objective and commitment is to render counseling services in alcohol, drug and substance abuse treatment, mental health and social services to the Latino and immigrant communities in the Puget Sound region and with great emphasis for patients in the Seattle-Bellevue-Lynwood-Everett axis of the region. We understand and emphasize the importance of improving the holistic, physical and mental wellbeing of our patients and in encouraging and working with them towards their goals, objectives and enhancing their overall sense of personal responsibility, encourage and motivate their strong desire for personal responsibility, accountability and good citizenry while providing a respectful and dignify controlled environment for achieving these objectives. Most importantly, our clinical treatment programs is tailored to providing sense of personal achievement, positive and supportive group activities that foster socialization and cooperation, and affording our patients the life long tools for dealing with their self recognized and acknowledge problems and the requisite tools they would need to reintegrate themselves into their families and workplace and to become a productive and successful members of their communities.
